Luck and Ice Care

Your pendant box is as sturdy as other jewelry pieces. It should be handled with care and respect to bring you years of joy and delight. We recommend the following care tips:

1.  When not wearing, we suggest storing your pendant in its dust bag.
2. To keep your Luck and Ice in beautiful condition, we recommend avoiding wearing it in water.
3. Wipe your Luck and Ice with a dry, lint-free cloth to clean it.
4. If your jewelry requires more thorough cleaning, use the services of a professional jewelry service company.

In case your Luck and Ice is accidentally damaged, any reputable jeweler can provide repairs. We also offer repair services for a fee of $20 + shipping. Please note that due to the nature of the product and each piece being handmade, this process may take up to 8 weeks. Due to the metal components in gold jewelry, discoloration may occur over time, although this phenomenon is rare. If this happens, we recommend taking the following care measures: 

1. To clean pendants without soft gemstones, pearls, or crystals, immerse the pendant in warm soapy water with a few drops of mild detergent, then gently wipe with fingers or a cotton swab.
2. Thoroughly rinse your jewelry with warm water and pat dry with a cotton cloth. Avoid using tissue or paper products as they contain wood particles that can scratch the gold surface.
3. Before storing, lay the jewelry flat and allow it to air-dry completely, preferably overnight. Moisture can accelerate the process of losing luster, so ensuring your jewelry is thoroughly dry before returning it to the pendant box is crucial.
